About Myrader

A holding company
with a long
investment horizon.

Myrader was founded on a straightforward premise: that Nigeria's most important commercial sectors are large, undermanaged, and structurally sound. We identify businesses within those sectors and apply the capital, operating discipline, and network required to let them grow properly.

We do not manage funds. We own and operate companies — four subsidiaries today, with a selective pipeline of ventures in development. Our decisions are made with a multi-year view, not a quarterly one.

The group is headquartered in Lagos, with operations spanning short-let hospitality, SME finance, executive recruitment, and luxury automotive.

What We Do

Four sectors. One operating philosophy.

01
Real Estate
& Hospitality

Premium short-let and corporate housing. Asset-light structures, high occupancy, a direct relationship with the corporate and diaspora client.

02
Financial
Services

SME lending, capital structuring, and credit facilitation. Operating where institutional finance does not reach, on terms that work for businesses with real activity.

03
Talent &
Recruitment

Executive placement and workforce infrastructure for organisations that understand that their next hire is a commercial decision, not an administrative one.

04
Luxury
Mobility

On-demand chauffeur-led luxury car rental, specialist vehicle sourcing, and on-demand mechanic and repair services — for clients who expect the same standard from their automotive experience as from everything else.

How We Operate

Disciplined. Asset-light. Built to last.

We do not pursue growth for its own sake. Each business in the portfolio was selected because the market is large, the operating model is capital-efficient, and the execution gap was something we were specifically equipped to close.

A
Sector Focus

We operate in sectors we understand from the inside — not adjacent bets. Each vertical is managed by people with direct, prior experience in that market.

B
Asset-Light Models

We prefer structures that scale without proportional capital requirements. Where we do deploy capital into physical assets, the underwriting is conservative and the exit optionality is preserved.

C
Verified Operating History

Every financial position we present is backed by documented bank records. We do not rely on projections to justify current valuations.

D
Zero Long-Term Debt

The group carries no long-term debt obligations across any operating subsidiary. This is a deliberate structural position, not a temporary condition.

Long-Term View
"The opportunity in Nigeria is not speculative. The population is large, the middle class is growing, and most markets are still served by fragmented, undercapitalised operators. That is exactly where we want to be."
— Myrader Group, Lagos
In Development

Next Ventures

Businesses built internally and released when the conditions are right — not when a fundraise demands it.

In Development
Power Watch
Hardware · Utility Infrastructure

A device that safely detects whether utility grid electricity is available at a Nigerian residential premises — without requiring the power to physically reach the property first. Power Watch solves a specific, daily frustration for Nigerian homeowners and tenants: knowing whether NEPA has restored supply before switching on appliances, running generators concurrently, or returning home. The product is designed for straightforward installation, requires no technical expertise to operate, and addresses a gap that affects virtually every household connected to the national grid.

More to follow

Further ventures are in early development. We release when the product is ready, not when a timeline demands it.

Capital Engagement

We are open
to the right
conversations.

01
Sell a Business

You are an owner or shareholder considering a full or partial exit. Your business operates in a sector we understand, has a clear revenue history, and a team that can continue under new ownership. We move quickly, keep conversations private, and structure deals without unnecessary complexity.
